Single-cell Li-ion fuel gauge with ModelGauge™ algorithm
The MAX17260SEWL+T is a single-cell Li-ion battery monitor from the ModelGauge™ series. It reports state-of-charge and voltage through an I²C interface.
I²C bus and system integration
Communication runs over I²C, so the host MCU needs a free I²C port with pull-up resistors sized for the bus capacitance. The single-cell input means this gauge connects directly to the battery positive terminal and ground — no external level-shifting or cell-balancing circuitry. The industrial temperature range means the part keeps reporting accurately whether it's sitting in a cold-storage warehouse or under a hot dashboard.
It is ROHS3 compliant.
