Charge pump for compact bias rails
The Maxim Integrated MAX1719EUT+T is a ratiometric charge pump IC that delivers a fixed output of either -Vin or 2Vin from a single 1.5 V to 5.5 V input. It is a single-output, fixed-topology device in a 6-pin SOT-23 package, switching between 60 kHz and 200 kHz. With a 25 mA output rating and no synchronous rectifier, it is sized for small bias supplies — think op-amp rails, LCD bias, or sensor front-end supplies in battery-powered or low-voltage systems.
