Step-down controller for Intel IMVP-2™ platforms
The MAX1718EEI-TG068 is a single-output step-down controller from the Quick-PWM™ series, designed for Intel IMVP-2™ processor core voltage regulation. Input voltage spans two ranges — 2V to 5.5V and 4.5V to 28V — letting it work from a battery or a regulated 5V rail, and the output adjusts from 0.6V to 1.75V to track the CPU's VID requirements.
Housed in a 28-pin SSOP (0.154", 3.90mm width) — also designated as the 28-QSOP supplier device package — with surface-mount termination.
