Tiny supervisor for a single rail
The MAX16162NDK300+ is a nanopower supply supervisor from Analog Devices, monitoring a single 3V rail with an active-low, open-drain reset output. The 75ms minimum reset timeout gives the downstream load time to initialize before the supervisor releases the reset line. Housed in a 4-bump WLP measuring 1.06x0.73mm, this part fits into space-constrained designs where a small footprint matters more than through-hole or larger DFN packages. The -40°C to +125°C operating range covers industrial and automotive ambient conditions.
