Six-rail supervisor for multi-voltage system monitoring
It packages six selectable threshold combinations into a compact 10-uMAX/uSOP surface-mount package, making it a fit for dense boards where separate reset ICs for each rail would consume too much real estate. The reset timeout is fixed at a minimum of 140ms, providing enough hold time for the system power supplies and oscillators to stabilize before the processor is released from reset. The open-drain output lets multiple supervisors share a common reset line through a pull-up resistor, a standard practice in multi-voltage designs.
The wide temperature range also covers engine-bay and downhole applications that see sustained heat.
