Six-rail supervisor in a 10-pin MSOP
It asserts a common active-low reset output (open-drain) whenever any monitored rail falls below its programmed threshold, and holds reset for a minimum of 140 ms after all rails recover — enough time for the system power supplies and oscillators to stabilise before the processor boots. The thresholds are factory-programmed per the ordering option; the BAUB+ suffix corresponds to one of the standard threshold sets listed in the datasheet's ordering table.
The reset output stays asserted for a minimum of 140 ms after all monitored voltages rise above their thresholds. Six monitored channels allow supervision of multiple supply rails in a single IC. The open-drain output can be wired-OR with other reset sources.
The part is housed in a 10-lead TFSOP/MSOP with 0.118-inch body width (3.00 mm) and is a surface-mount device. The 10-uMAX/uSOP package shares the same footprint.
It is fully ROHS3 compliant.
