Current switch with integrated sense FET
The MAX1563ETC+ is a current switch from Analog Devices, designed for high-side or low-side sensing with a 4A continuous output capability. Input voltage range is 4V to 5.5V, making it suitable for 5V logic rails or USB VBUS monitoring.
