The MAX15462AATA+T: The 300 mA continuous output is fixed at 3.3 V, suitable for powering sensors, MCU rails, or isolated bias supplies. Switching frequency is fixed at 500 kHz, a practical midpoint that keeps the inductor small (typically 4.7 to 10 µH) while staying below the AM broadcast band. Synchronous rectification is built in, eliminating the external Schottky diode and improving efficiency at light loads.
