The MAX14931CAWE+ is a 4-channel, unidirectional digital isolator using capacitive coupling to provide galvanic isolation up to 2750 Vrms. It supports a data rate of 150 Mbps with typical propagation delays of 7.5 ns and pulse-width distortion under 1 ns.
The 150 Mbps data rate sets the ceiling for serial data across the barrier. The 2750 Vrms isolation is a 1-minute withstand rating. Common-mode transient immunity of 25 kV/µs keeps data integrity in variable-frequency drive applications.
