Receiver hysteresis and signal integrity
The MAX14828ATG+: The receiver hysteresis is specified at 570 mV, which provides noise immunity on the IO-Link communication line — important in electrically noisy factory-floor environments where cable runs may pick up coupled interference from motor drives or welding gear. The 1/1 driver/receiver count means this transceiver handles a single IO-Link port; multiple units are needed per node for multi-port sensor hubs.
