Dual SPST switch with 20 ohm on-resistance and 115 MHz bandwidth
The Analog Devices MAX14762ETB+T is a dual SPST analog switch with independent normally-open and normally-closed channels in a single 10-TDFN (3x3 mm) package. Each switch presents a maximum on-resistance of 20 ohms and supports a single-supply range from 3 V to 5.5 V.
The 20 ohm max on-resistance is the number to check against your load impedance. The charge injection figure of 19 pC matters when the switch feeds a sample-and-hold or a high-impedance ADC input.
It is ROHS3 compliant, which means no exemptions for lead in solder or any of the six restricted substances above the threshold.
