200k SPS, 14-bit SAR ADC with 4-channel MUX
The MAX1067BEEE+ is a 14-bit successive-approximation-register (SAR) ADC that samples at 200k samples per second (SPS) — fast enough for multi-channel data acquisition in industrial control or precision instrumentation where each channel needs a clean 14-bit reading at moderate update rates. It integrates a 4-input single-ended multiplexer and a sample-and-hold amplifier (1:1 S/H:ADC ratio), so a single IC can digitize up to four analog signals sequentially through the SPI bus.
Supply rails and temperature range
The analog supply is fixed at 5V, while the digital supply runs from 2.7V to 5.25V — this lets the digital interface match a 3.3V or 5V microcontroller without an external level shifter.
Package and footprint
Surface-mount assembly with tube packaging is standard for production pick-and-place; the tube format also simplifies prototyping and rework.
ROHS3 compliant, meeting the current EU restriction on hazardous substances without requiring an exemption.
