TSOT-23-6 package and layout note
Housed in a 6-lead TSOT-23-6 (SOT-23 Thin), the 0.95 mm pitch footprint fits dense layouts but requires careful soldering profile control to avoid tombstoning. The small package limits power dissipation — junction temperature rise must be checked against the 125°C max at the full supply voltage.
