Silicon oscillator — programmable frequency with one resistor
The LTC6992CS6-2#TRMPBF is a silicon oscillator from the TimerBlox® family — no crystal, ceramic resonator, or external capacitor needed. A single resistor sets the output frequency anywhere from 3.81 Hz to 1 MHz. Typical supply current is 365 µA, making it suitable for always-on timing functions in battery-powered or energy-harvesting systems.
Commercial temperature grade — indoor and office use
Housed in a TSOT-23-6 package (thin SOT-23-6), the footprint is straightforward for two-layer PCBs and standard reflow profiles.
