This is a silicon oscillator — no quartz crystal, no external timing capacitor. Frequency is set by a single resistor from the SET pin to ground, covering 50 kHz to 10 MHz.

Supply current is 1.25 mA typical across the 2.7V to 5.5V range — the part runs directly from a 3.3V or 5V rail without a regulator.
