Programmable silicon oscillator for industrial timing
The Analog Devices LTC6902IMS#TRPBF is a silicon oscillator that generates a programmable frequency from 100 kHz to 20 MHz, set by a single external resistor. Housed in a 10-MSOP package, it replaces crystal-based oscillators in applications where a wide tuning range and small footprint are needed — motor drives, outdoor telecom, and factory automation are typical deployment environments.
Frequency range and supply compatibility
The 100 kHz to 20 MHz programmable range covers common microcontroller clock, PWM, and data-rate frequencies. The 2.5 mA supply current is low enough for battery-backed systems that cannot spare the power of a canned oscillator.
