The DS2430AP+ is a 256-bit serial EEPROM from Analog Devices, organized as 32 x 8 bits and accessed over a single-wire 1-Wire interface. The 15 µs access time suits applications where a minimal pin count and non-volatile storage are needed — think calibration constants, serialization data, or small configuration blocks on a two-wire bus (power and data share the same line).
