The DS1816R-20+T&R: It is a Simple Reset/Power-On Reset supervisor with an Active Low, Open Drain output — the classic watchdog for a single voltage rail that pulls the reset line low when the monitored supply drops below the threshold.
Housed in a SOT-23-3 (TO-236-3, SC-59) surface-mount package — three pins, one monitored input, one reset output, one ground. The small footprint fits dense layouts where board space is tight. CT works for prototype or low-volume builds.
