What the ratings mean for your BOM
Operating temperature from -40°C to 85°C covers industrial control, outdoor telecom cabinets, and automotive cabin environments. It is not rated for under-hood or downhole applications where extended temperature range is required. The SOT-23-3 package fits tight layouts and is compatible with standard surface-mount assembly processes.
Lifecycle and compliance
It is ROHS3 compliant, so it meets the latest EU restriction requirements. No official second-source or pin-compatible alternate is listed in the Maxim EconoReset family, so dual-sourcing would require a different threshold or timeout variant.
