The ADUM7442CRQZ-RL7 is a 4-channel digital isolator from Analog Devices' iCoupler series, built around magnetic coupling technology. It provides 1000Vrms of galvanic isolation across two input channels on side 1 and two on side 2, all running unidirectional at up to 25Mbps. The 2ns typical rise/fall time keeps signal integrity clean for SPI, UART, or general-purpose GPIO isolation at that speed.

15kV/µs CMTI — keeps data through motor-drive noise

Common-mode transient immunity is rated at a minimum of 15kV/µs. That matters when the isolator sits between a noisy motor-drive inverter and a sensitive controller — fast voltage spikes on the isolated side won't glitch the output logic. The 50ns max propagation delay (same in both directions) gives predictable timing for synchronous interfaces.

Supply flexibility: 3V to 5.5V on both sides
