Isolation is rated at 2500 Vrms, adequate for basic insulation in 240 VAC equipment and for functional isolation in higher-voltage systems where reinforced isolation is not required. The common-mode transient immunity minimum of 25 kV/µs means the part holds data integrity through fast voltage transients — a key spec for motor-drive, inverter, and switched-mode power supply applications where the ground plane jumps at high dv/dt. The magnetic coupling technology keeps rise and fall times at 2.5 ns typical, so signal integrity stays clean across the isolation barrier without excessive edge-rate filtering.
