The 5000Vrms isolation rating is reinforced by CSA, UR, and VDE agency approvals, which streamlines safety certification for industrial drives, solar inverters, and medical power supplies where reinforced insulation is required. The 150 kV/µs common-mode transient immunity ensures the gate driver does not latch or false-trigger when the switching node slews at tens of kV/µs — a common failure point in fast-switching SiC half-bridges. The 42 ns / 53 ns propagation delay (max) and 13 ns pulse-width distortion keep the timing budget tight for dead-time management in complementary switching stages.
