25 Mbps digital isolator with magnetic coupling
The Analog Devices ADUM3471CRSZ is a 4-channel, general-purpose digital isolator from the iCoupler series, using magnetic coupling technology to transmit digital signals across a 2500 Vrms isolation barrier. It supports a data rate of 25 Mbps with unidirectional channel configuration (3 inputs on side 1, 1 input on side 2), making it suitable for isolating SPI, UART, or general-purpose logic signals in industrial and power applications.
Propagation delay and transient immunity
The common-mode transient immunity of 25 kV/µs (minimum) ensures reliable operation in noisy industrial environments where fast voltage transients across the barrier could otherwise corrupt data. Rise and fall times are typically 2.5 ns, keeping signal integrity clean at 25 Mbps.
