The ADUM3223BRZ-RL7: Propagation delay is specified at 54 ns max for both rising and falling edges, and the delay is matched across the two channels. When you're setting dead-time in a motor drive or a DC-DC converter, unmatched delays eat into your margin or cause shoot-through.
