Isolated gate driver for power-stage designs
The Analog Devices ADUM3223ARZ-RL7 is a 2-channel isolated gate driver from the iCoupler® family, built around magnetic coupling technology.
Switching performance and timing margin
With 12ns typical rise and fall times and a maximum propagation delay of 59ns (both edges), the ADUM3223ARZ-RL7 supports switching frequencies well into the hundreds of kilohertz without introducing excessive dead-time uncertainty. The 50kV/µs minimum common-mode transient immunity keeps the output state stable during fast dv/dt events on the isolated side — a critical parameter for half-bridge and full-bridge topologies where the high-side switch reference swings rapidly.
The output-side supply range of 4.5V to 18V covers standard gate-drive voltages for both logic-level and standard MOSFETs as well as IGBTs.

It carries CSA, UR, and VDE safety approvals, simplifying regulatory acceptance for end equipment.
