SPI bus isolator with 7 channels and 2 Mbps throughput
The ADUM3151ARSZ-RL7 is an SPI-specific digital isolator from Analog Devices' iCoupler and SPIsolator families. It uses magnetic coupling to provide 3750 Vrms of galvanic isolation across seven unidirectional channels — five on side 1, two on side 2 — matching the typical SPI signal set plus a few control or interrupt lines. Data rate is rated at 2 Mbps, which comfortably handles SPI clock speeds up to 2 MHz with propagation delay of 25 ns max and pulse width distortion under 3 ns.
