Six-channel iCoupler with 150 Mbps throughput
The ADUM262N0BRIZ-RL is a 6-channel, unidirectional digital isolator from Analog Devices' iCoupler series, built on magnetic coupling technology. It delivers 150 Mbps data rate per channel with 13 ns typical propagation delay and 2.5 ns rise/fall times, making it suitable for isolating high-speed SPI, UART, and general-purpose digital signals. The 4/2 input-side split (four on side 1, two on side 2) accommodates mixed-direction interfaces without external direction control.
5000 Vrms isolation with 75 kV/µs transient immunity
