Six-channel iCoupler with 150 Mbps throughput
The ADUM262N0BRIZ-RL is a 6-channel, unidirectional digital isolator from Analog Devices' iCoupler series, built on magnetic coupling technology. It delivers 150 Mbps data rate per channel with 13 ns typical propagation delay and 2.5 ns rise/fall times, making it suitable for isolating high-speed SPI, UART, and general-purpose digital signals. The 4/2 input-side split (four on side 1, two on side 2) accommodates mixed-direction interfaces without external direction control.
5000 Vrms isolation with 75 kV/µs transient immunity
Rated for 5000 Vrms isolation, this part provides reinforced galvanic isolation for industrial motor drives, medical equipment, and grid-tied power converters where safety certification is required. The 75 kV/µs minimum common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) ensures data integrity in environments with fast-switching SiC or GaN power stages — a spec that matters more than the headline isolation voltage when the isolator sits between a PWM controller and a half-bridge gate driver.
Wide supply range and industrial temperature grade
Pulse width distortion is held to 4.5 ns max, which keeps the duty-cycle error small enough for isolated PWM signals at moderate switching frequencies.
Package and footprint
Supplied in a 16-pin SOIC package with 7.50 mm body width (0.295"). The wide-body SOIC provides the creepage distance needed to maintain the 5000 Vrms isolation rating across the PCB.
Lifecycle and compliance
ROHS3 compliant. No AEC-Q100 qualification is stated, so this variant is aimed at industrial and general-purpose applications rather than automotive-grade production lines.
