5000Vrms isolation in a 4-channel SOIC-16
It supports a data rate of 90Mbps with typical rise/fall times of 2.5ns and a maximum propagation delay of 32ns, making it suitable for high-speed signal isolation in industrial fieldbus, motor-drive feedback, and isolated SPI/UART interfaces. The 2.7V to 5.5V supply range on both sides allows direct interface to 3.3V or 5V logic domains without external level translation.

With a minimum common-mode transient immunity of 25kV/µs, this isolator can maintain data integrity across fast voltage slew events common in motor-drive, solar inverter, and switched-mode power supply environments. The 2ns maximum pulse-width distortion keeps the duty-cycle error small enough for PWM signal isolation where timing symmetry matters.
Package and footprint — 16-SOIC wide-body
Housed in a 16-SOIC wide-body package (0.295" body width, 7.50mm), the ADUM2402CRIZ uses the standard SOIC-16W footprint. The wide-body gives 8mm creepage distance, supporting the 5000Vrms isolation rating in reinforced-insulation applications. Surface-mount assembly with standard reflow profiles; no exposed pad to route.
