Six-channel isolator with 150 Mbps throughput
The Analog Devices ADUM161N0BRZ is a six-channel, unidirectional digital isolator using iCoupler magnetic coupling technology. The 3000 Vrms isolation rating and 75 kV/µs common-mode transient immunity suit it for motor drives, inverters, and industrial fieldbus interfaces where fast switching edges are the norm.
