The ADUM151N0BRZ is a 5-channel, unidirectional digital isolator from Analog Devices' iCoupler® family, built with magnetic coupling technology. It pushes 150 Mbps per channel with propagation delays of 13 ns max and 2.5 ns rise/fall times, making it a fit for high-speed SPI, UART, and parallel bus isolation where timing margin matters.
Supply range and 1.8 V logic compatibility
The unidirectional channel configuration — 4 inputs on side 1, 1 input on side 2 — suits applications like isolated SPI (SCLK, MOSI, MISO plus chip select) with a single reverse channel for status feedback.
No isolated power converter is integrated, so the secondary side needs its own supply rail.
