Quad-channel digital isolator for industrial and mixed-voltage domains
The 2 Mbps data rate covers most industrial serial interfaces, while the 25 kV/µs minimum common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) ensures reliable data transmission in noisy environments like motor drives and inverters. The device is housed in a 16-lead SSOP (3.90 mm width) and also specified as a 16-QSOP supplier device package, both surface-mount footprints suitable for compact PCB layouts.
Maximum propagation delay is 180 ns in both directions (tpLH and tpHL), with a pulse-width distortion of 8 ns max. Rise and fall times are typically 2 ns. These numbers matter when budgeting timing for a clocked interface: at 2 Mbps the bit period is 500 ns, so the 180 ns delay consumes about 36% of the period — enough margin for most designs, but a constraint if daisy-chaining multiple isolators in the same path.
ROHS3 compliant.
