2Mbps data rate with 25kV/µs transient immunity
Rated at 2Mbps, this isolator handles typical sensor readout rates, configuration register updates, and low-to-mid-speed control links. The 25kV/µs minimum common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) is the spec that matters in motor-drive and inverter environments where fast voltage slewing across the barrier can otherwise corrupt the data stream. Propagation delay is 180ns max each way, with 8ns max pulse-width distortion, so the timing budget stays predictable for synchronous interfaces like SPI at 2MHz clock.
Industrial temperature range in a 16-QSOP footprint
The 16-QSOP package (3.90mm body width) is a compact alternative to the wider SOIC-16 footprint, saving board area in multi-channel isolation banks. Rise and fall times are a clean 2ns typical, keeping edge-rate-induced emissions manageable.
Active lifecycle — no near-term obsolescence concern
ADI lists the ADUM1441ARQZ-RL7 as Active in production.
