90 Mbps, 2500 Vrms — what this isolator buys the design
The ADUM1301CRWZ-RL is a three-channel digital isolator from Analog Devices' iCoupler® family, using magnetic coupling to pass signals across a 2500 Vrms isolation barrier. The 2/1 input-side/side-2 channel split (two channels forward, one reverse) fits designs that need bidirectional isolation without a separate direction pin.
Common-mode transient immunity — motor-drive and inverter duty
With a minimum common-mode transient immunity of 25 kV/µs, this part holds its output state through fast voltage swings on the isolation barrier — the kind you get from IGBT switching edges in motor drives, solar inverters, or industrial power stages. If your application sees high dV/dt events, that CMTI rating is the number that keeps the data clean and avoids false triggers on the receiving side.
The wide-body 16-SOIC (7.50 mm width) package provides the creepage distance needed to maintain 2500 Vrms isolation in those environments.
