The ADI ADUM1286CRZ is a 2-channel, unidirectional digital isolator from the iCoupler® family, using magnetic coupling to deliver 100 Mbps data rate with 3000 Vrms isolation in an 8-SOIC package.
Propagation delay and pulse-width distortion — the timing budget
Max propagation delay is 24 ns in either direction, with pulse-width distortion held to 2 ns. Rise and fall times are a symmetrical 2.5 ns typical. That keeps jitter low enough for SPI clock rates up to 50 MHz and for isolating CAN or RS-485 transceivers without eating into the bit-time margin.
