Dual high-side driver for synchronous buck stages

Supply range and logic interface fit
The 4.15 V to 13.2 V supply range lets this driver operate from a 5 V bias rail or a 12 V input bus without an extra regulator. The driver accepts both inverting and non-inverting input signals, giving the layout engineer flexibility to match the PWM controller's polarity without adding an inverter gate.
It is not specified for the -40°C cold start required in automotive or outdoor telecom enclosures. The 8-SOIC package (0.154-inch body width, 3.90 mm) uses a standard footprint that matches existing SOIC-8 MOSFET driver layouts.
