Active supervisor with selectable reset polarity
The ADM6321AY31ARJZ-R7: The reset output is configurable as Active High or Active Low, and the output driver can be either Open Drain or Push-Pull — this lets the designer match the supervisor to the downstream reset input without an external inverter or pull-up resistor.
Housed in a 5-pin SOT-23 (SC-74A, SOT-753) package, the ADM6321AY31ARJZ-R7 occupies minimal board area and is a surface-mount drop-in for designs already using the industry-standard SOT-23-5 footprint.
