Quad SPDT switch with 45 Ω on-resistance and 5 Ω channel matching
The ADG333ABRZ from Analog Devices is a quad SPDT (2:1) analog switch array in a 20-SOIC package. Each of the four independent switches carries a maximum on-resistance of 45 Ω, with channel-to-channel matching held to 5 Ω — tight enough that gain error across a multi-channel multiplexed front-end stays within a fraction of a percent without external trim. Switching is specified at 90 ns turn-on and 80 ns turn-off typical, fast enough for audio-band multiplexing and moderate-speed data acquisition. The part runs from a single supply of 3 V to 30 V or dual supplies of ±3 V to ±20 V, so it fits both single-rail and bipolar signal chains. Charge injection is 2 pC, low enough to avoid noticeable glitch feedthrough into a sample-and-hold or ADC input.
Crosstalk and leakage — what they mean for your signal path
Crosstalk is specified at -85 dB at 1 MHz. Off-channel leakage current is 250 pA maximum.
Package and supply flexibility
The 20-SOIC wide-body package (0.295 inch, 7.50 mm width) is a standard footprint. Surface-mount only, supplied in tube.
