4 GHz fractional-N PLL with LVDS/LVPECL inputs
The ADF4155BCPZ-RL7 is a PLL-based fractional-N frequency synthesizer from Analog Devices, capable of generating output clocks up to 4 GHz. It accepts differential reference inputs in LVDS or LVPECL formats, making it a direct fit for RF signal chains that need a clean, programmable local oscillator. The single-circuit PLL integrates a divider and multiplier, so the output frequency can be set with fine resolution from a stable reference. The 2:1 input-to-output ratio allows selecting between two reference sources without external muxing.

Package and footprint notes
Housed in a 24-lead LFCSP (4x4 mm) with an exposed pad. The pitch demands careful solder-paste stencil design; a 4-layer board with a solid ground plane under the pad is recommended. Store the reels in a dry cabinet or use a moisture-barrier bag with desiccant.
