4 GHz fractional-N PLL with LVDS/LVPECL inputs
The ADF4155BCPZ-RL7 is a PLL-based fractional-N frequency synthesizer from Analog Devices, capable of generating output clocks up to 4 GHz. The single-circuit PLL integrates a divider and multiplier, so the output frequency can be set with fine resolution from a stable reference. The 2:1 input-to-output ratio allows selecting between two reference sources without external muxing.
