Dual JFET op-amp for precision signal chains
It delivers an 8 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 23 V/µs slew rate, paired with a rail-to-rail output stage. Input bias current sits at 2 pA, and input offset voltage is 40 µV — numbers that suit photodiode amplifiers, data-acquisition front-ends, and active filters where DC accuracy and wide bandwidth both matter. Supply range spans 5 V to 30 V single supply, with each channel drawing 665 µA quiescent current.
The 23 V/µs slew rate supports large-signal swings without slew-induced distortion. The 2 pA input bias allows use with high-impedance sources. Rail-to-rail output provides full supply swing into a 20 mA load.
