Quad CMOS op-amp with DigiTrim® precision
The Analog Devices AD8604ARZ-REEL7 is a quad CMOS operational amplifier from the DigiTrim® series, delivering 8.4 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 6 V/µs slew rate across four channels in a single 14-SOIC package. The DigiTrim® factory calibration holds input offset to 80 µV maximum, eliminating the need for external nulling in precision DC paths.
Supply current budget — 750 µA for all four amplifiers
Total supply current is 750 µA across the four channels, or roughly 187.5 µA per amplifier. For a battery-powered multichannel system — say a four-element thermocouple or photodiode array — this keeps the analog front-end power draw under 1 mA, leaving headroom for the ADC and digital section on the same 3.3 V rail.
14-SOIC footprint and tape-on-reel delivery
Housed in a 14-SOIC package (0.154" width, 3.90 mm body) with surface-mount termination. Cut Tape quantities are also available for prototyping or low-volume builds.
