ADI lists the AD820AR-3V-REEL as Active with no last-time-buy notice. One catch: it is RoHS non-compliant (lead-bearing finish), so if your assembly line runs lead-free reflow profiles, you will need an exemption or switch to the RoHS-compliant AD820ARZ-REEL variant.
