Dual current-feedback amp in an 8-pin DIP — 500 V/µs slew rate, 100 MHz bandwidth
The AD8072JNZ: The current-feedback topology delivers a 500 V/µs slew rate and 100 MHz -3 dB bandwidth that stays flat across the gain range — useful for video distribution, high-speed ADC drivers, and pulse-amplifier stages where a voltage-feedback amp would slew-limit. Each of the two channels can source or sink 30 mA of output current while the whole part draws 3.5 mA supply current. The single-supply range covers 5 V to 12 V; with dual rails it runs from ±2.5 V to ±6 V, giving flexibility for both single-ended and split-supply signal chains.
Through-hole 8-DIP — legacy board, prototype, or rework
The 8-DIP (0.300", 7.62 mm pitch) package is the through-hole variant of the AD8072 family. The surface-mount sibling AD8072JRZ shares the same die and electrical specs but comes in an SOIC footprint.
