FastFET™ voltage-feedback op-amp for high-speed signal chains
The AD8065ARZ-REEL7 is a single voltage-feedback op-amp from Analog Devices' FastFET™ series, built for applications that demand wide bandwidth and fast settling. Its 145 MHz -3 dB bandwidth and 180 V/µs slew rate suit it for ADC drivers, video distribution, active filters, and high-speed instrumentation front-ends. The rail-to-rail output stage preserves dynamic range in single-supply designs from 5 V to 24 V. Input bias current is just 3 pA, which minimises offset errors in high-impedance sensor interfaces.
For designs that require automotive qualification, the AD8065WARTZ-R7 variant is the AEC-Q100 graded counterpart — same core amplifier, extended temperature range to 105°C, and available in the same 8-SOIC footprint.
