Its 145 MHz -3 dB bandwidth and 180 V/µs slew rate handle high-speed ADC driving, video distribution, or photodiode amplification. The FET input keeps input bias current at 3 pA. Rail-to-rail output swings close to the supply rails. Supply range spans 5 V to 24 V.

Housed in an 8-pin SOIC (0.154" body width, 3.90 mm pitch), surface-mount only. No automotive qualification (no AEC-Q100), so not intended for under-hood or chassis-mounted electronics. The ROHS3 compliance simplifies EU and RoHS-regulated BOMs.
