High-speed single op-amp in SOT-23-5
The AD8065ARTZ-REEL7 from Analog Devices is a single voltage-feedback op-amp from the FastFET™ series, combining a 180 V/µs slew rate with a 145 MHz -3dB bandwidth in a SOT-23-5 package. It runs on a single supply from 5 V to 24 V and swings rail-to-rail on the output, which means you get the full supply range into an ADC or downstream stage without headroom loss. The 3 pA input bias current makes it a natural fit for photodiode transimpedance stages, high-impedance sensor buffers, or active filters where FET input leakage matters. Temperature range is -40°C to 85°C, covering industrial control and outdoor telecom cabinets.
