High-speed single op-amp in SOT-23-5
The AD8065ARTZ-REEL7 from Analog Devices is a single voltage-feedback op-amp from the FastFET™ series, combining a 180 V/µs slew rate with a 145 MHz -3dB bandwidth in a SOT-23-5 package.
At 180 V/µs, this part slews fast enough for video-rate signals and pulse waveforms. The 145 MHz -3dB bandwidth supports gain-bandwidth products that keep loop gain high up through several MHz.
