FastFET dual op-amp in SOT-23-8 — 80 MHz, 80 V/µs
The Analog Devices AD8034ARTZ-REEL7 is a dual voltage-feedback amplifier from the FastFET™ series, combining a FET input stage with 80 MHz small-signal bandwidth and an 80 V/µs slew rate. Each channel draws 3.3 mA supply current and delivers rail-to-rail output swing, making it a fit for high-speed ADC drivers, video buffers, and photodiode amplifiers where input bias current must stay low — 2 pA typical. The supply span runs from 5 V to 24 V, covering single +5 V or split ±5 V to ±12 V rails. The SOT-23-8 package keeps board area small for multi-channel designs.
The 80 V/µs slew rate supports a full-power bandwidth of roughly 5 MHz for a 5 Vpp output swing, so this part cleanly drives signals like composite video or high-speed sensor waveforms without slew-induced distortion. The 80 MHz -3 dB small-signal bandwidth gives gain flatness well beyond 10 MHz, useful for anti-aliasing filters or IF amplifiers. Pair the 2 pA input bias with a high-impedance source — a photodiode or high-value resistor network — and the DC error from bias current stays negligible. The 60 mA output current per channel can drive a 50 Ω load to within 1 V of the rails, though thermal limits in the SOT-23-8 package should be checked for continuous heavy loads.
