125 MHz MEMS timing in a compact XO form factor
The ASEMB-125.000MHZ-XY-T: Abracon's ASEMB series is a MEMS-based crystal oscillator — the resonator is a silicon microstructures rather than a quartz blank. Draw is 16 mA maximum at 125 MHz, and the standby (power-down) pin reduces consumption to 15 µA maximum for power-gated sleep modes.
4-SMD package for tight board layouts
The low profile keeps it clear of tall adjacent components in stacked or space-constrained assemblies. No thermal pad means the primary thermal path is through the board-level solder joints rather than a dedicated paddle — relevant for thermal-cycling robustness in industrial enclosures.
CMOS output and standby function
CMOS push-pull output directly drives the clock input of most PHYs and ASICs without termination — the driving impedance is set by the oscillator's internal output stage. The dedicated standby pin puts the device into a low-current sleep state that preserves the MEMS resonator frequency when the system needs a quick wake, without the re-lock delay that a full oscillator restart would introduce.
