The GF1M-E3/67A: The GF1M-/67A is a standard recovery rectifier from the SUPERECTIFIER® series, rated for 1000 V reverse voltage and 1 A average forward current in a DO-214BA surface-mount package.
Recovery speed and forward drop
Reverse recovery time is 2 µs — standard recovery, meaning it is not intended for high-frequency switching above a few kilohertz. Forward voltage is 1.2 V max at 1 A, a typical figure for a 1 kV silicon rectifier; the conduction loss at 1 A is about 1.2 W, which the DO-214BA package can dissipate with adequate copper pad area on the PCB.
Temperature range and leakage
Junction temperature range spans -65°C to 175°C. Reverse leakage is 5 µA at the rated 1000 V.
