5000Vrms isolation and 4A peak output for industrial gate drive
The TLP5774(E: This is a 1-channel optocoupler gate driver built with optical coupling technology, rated for 5000Vrms isolation — enough to meet reinforced insulation requirements in motor drives, inverters, and industrial power supplies. The 4A peak output current drives medium-power IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs directly, without an external buffer stage, simplifying the gate-drive circuit.
35 kV/µs CMTI keeps the output stable in noisy inverter environments
Common-mode transient immunity is rated at a minimum 35 kV/µs. In a motor-drive application where the high-side IGBT switches at several kV/µs, that CMTI margin prevents false turn-on or output glitches across the isolation barrier. The 15 ns rise and 8 ns fall times keep switching losses low, while the 150 ns max propagation delay is symmetric — tpLH and tpHL are both 150 ns — so pulse-width distortion stays under 50 ns.
Industrial temperature range and surface-mount 6-SOIC package
Operating temperature spans -40°C to 110°C, covering factory-floor and under-hood environments. Supply voltage range of 10V to 30V matches standard gate-drive bias rails for IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs. Output current capability is 1.2A source and 1.2A sink at the rated conditions.
Sourcing and compliance — approvals and RFQ posture
The TLP5774(E holds CQC, cUR, UR, and VDE approvals, easing certification for equipment shipped to North American and European markets. ROHS3 compliance is confirmed.
