The TLP3914(TP15,F) is a single-channel photovoltaic optoisolator from Toshiba Semiconductor. It provides 1500Vrms galvanic isolation between a DC input LED and a photovoltaic output that generates a floating voltage up to 7V — no external bias supply needed on the output side. The output current is 20µA per channel, with typical turn-on time of 300µs and turn-off of 600µs.
